Konstantin Septinus
Konstantin has a PhD in Information Technology, leads R&D teams but also maintains his creative identity as forward-thinking composer and drummer. Production of audio-visual art is his passion.
Maria Hermosillo
In addition to producing documentaries and music clips, Maria promotes Mexican artists and helps organise the Faito Doc Festival in Naples, Italy. She is currently studying cultural management.

Rob Eade
Rob takes pride in ensuring his sound recording clearly brings forth information, ideas and emotion. He combines his interest in climate change and cycling by using a cargo bike to carry himself and sound kit to local jobs.
Silvia Alba
Silvia is a designer by trade and has spent the last seven years telling visual stories around the world through scribing, illustration, murals and animations. She recently completed a Masters in neurolinguistics.
Tommy Rowson
In addition to his work as a film editor, Tommy is an award-winning stand up comedian, filmmaker and writer. Over the last five years he has taught scriptwriting and film editing at the MET Film School and the London Film Academy.
